Helga's Traditional Sourdough Wraps are vegan-friendly with no added sugar. They taste great and can be made with a variety of fillings. You can also use them to make cheesy quesadillas, a filling burrito or a ham and pineapple pizza.


Wheat flour, water, vegetable fat, sourdough (from fermented rye) (2%), wholemeal wheat flour, humectant (422), fermented wheat flour, vegetable emulsifiers (481, 471), wheat gluten, raising agents (500 450, 341), iodised salt, acidity regulator (297), soy flour, stabiliser (412), vitamins (thiamin, folic acid).

Preparation Instructions

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To help separate wraps, flex the pack to loosen before opening.

Storage Instructions

STORAGE SUGGESTION: Helga's suggests wraps be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened reseal pack and consume within 3 days.
